Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Sunbrief, an iPhone app operated by Jomari Espiritu. By using Sunbrief, you agree to them. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

Your subscription

Sunbrief offers a monthly and a yearly subscription. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial; the monthly plan has no free trial. If you cancel the yearly plan before the trial ends, you are not charged.

Automatic renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple account. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it any time in your App Store settings. Deleting the app or your Sunbrief account does not cancel the subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple.

You stay in charge

Sunbrief suggests. You decide. Drafts are suggestions you review, and nothing is sent unless you tap Send.

AI can be wrong

Sorting, briefs, meeting bios and drafts are written with AI. They can be wrong, out of date or miss something. Read every draft before you send it.

What you send

You are responsible for the messages you send with Sunbrief, for using it lawfully, and for having the right to connect the accounts you connect.

No warranties

Sunbrief is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will never miss a message or never be unavailable.

Ending your account

You can delete your account any time in Settings, which deletes your data. We may suspend or close an account that misuses Sunbrief or breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is important, we will also tell you in the app or by email.
